Download the ZIP
Use the Free download button above and save the portable ZIP to your PC.
STEP 02
Extract everything
Right-click the ZIP → Extract All. Keep the DLLs, runtime files and Tools folder with the app.
STEP 03
Launch Boom Boost
Open the extracted folder and run BoomsBoost.exe. To buy Pro, use Unlock Pro inside a supported app version.
Missing a Windows dependency?
The published v5 portable package includes .NET runtime files and PresentMon. Only install extras if Windows reports they are missing. Use official Microsoft sources:

Does Boom Boost guarantee higher FPS?
No. Results depend on hardware, game settings and other factors. Optimization tools should be reviewed before applying changes.
Do I need to buy Pro?
No. You can use the Free tools available in your app version without buying Pro.
How do I pay for Pro?
Open a Boom Boost version that supports PayPal activation, select Unlock Pro, approve the £10 checkout and return to the app. Click “I've Paid — Activate Pro” to verify and activate.
Does returning from PayPal mean Pro is activated?
No. A PayPal return only indicates that you came back from checkout. The desktop app must verify and complete payment activation.
What if my FPS overlay doesn't work?
Make sure the Tools folder and PresentMon.exe remain with the app files. Review overlay settings and required permissions.
Is the download currently the newest app version?
The link on this page currently points to the existing v5 release. It will need updating when a tested newer build is published.
